Full range Of services
We offer a wide range of machining including milling, turning, cutting and bending:
- CNC milling up to 2700 mm x 1200 mm x 1300 mm
- CNC turning to a maximum of Ø 650 mm x 1200 mm
- Conventional turning to a maximum of Ø 1200mm x 2000 mm
- Plate bending with press brake: maximum pressure of 300 tons, working width of 3000 mm
- Water jet cutting – working table maximum parameters: 2032 mm x 4038 mm, maximum sheet thickness: 60mm
- Plate rolling length up to 2000 mm
Specialised welding services:
- Over 50 welding accreditations as approved by DNV, TUV and UDT, which are compliant with standards PN-EN ISO 15614, Norsok M101 and AD2000
- Welding using methods 135, 136, 138, 141
- Submerged-Arc welding using method 121
- Utilisation of the following testing methods: UT, VT, PT, MT, RT
- Quality certificates PN-EN ISO 3834-2:2007, AD2000
Assembly:
- We assemble components in accordance with the clients’ requirements
- Thorough testing of our products following assembly which includes:
- Load testing
- Electrical resistance and conductivity testing
- Pressure testing up to 1700 Bar
- We work closely alongside third party inspectors from: DNV, Lloyds. TUV, UDT and Ramboll
- We prepare complete post-production documentation according to the customer’s requirements
Coating:
- Over 20 approved coating systems for off-shore and subsea applications
- Coating systems in accordance with the Norsok M-501 standard
- Modern painting and shot-blasting facility
- Coating process overseen by the FROSIO level III inspectors
